Excellent evening with colin and cynthia, along with another close friend that i haven’t met in years, eve. Eve brought another friend who’s a stewardess. Chio ah!! 
Was at my favourite haunt (Heeren) sipping my fav drink with lots of chatting up to do. We planned on a wine drinking session over at my place, all 4 of us, and a swimming session over at the club as well. So exciting!!
I’m like a small kid now all over again aren’t I?
Colin commented I look different. Okay maybe skinner. A tad bit so, but he hasn’t seen my various evolution phases..hah hah
Ah well…speaking of training and stuff, I had some emails coming in asking if I can train them. I cannot train anyone professionally and I will not. Normally I only teach people within my own circle and its teaching based on creativity and experience. I am not a qualified instructor. However if you need someone to guide you along I can recommend a trainer and friend. Just drop me an email and I will hand you his contact.
If you are thinking of joining Fitness First (of which i am not a member of by the way or have anything to do with them) I can introduce you to another friend of mine who will be able to take you through what they have to offer.
Time for my ethical hacking class tomorrow. Perhaps I will head for a run in the morning first..
